Having spent 25 years in the financial industry, I’ve come to appreciate that my greatest fulfillment has always stemmed from more than just numbers — it’s been about people.
What stayed with me most over the years were the conversations behind closed doors, the quiet victories, the breakthroughs. I found deep meaning in supporting the women around me — guiding them through challenges, cheering them on, and helping them grow into the leaders they were meant to be.
That’s what inspired me to become a coach.
